There are ~50,000 homeless veterans in the United States, representing roughly 9% of the homeless population.
Although the numbers have steadily gone down over the past 5 years, we still have plenty to do to make sure that the veterans that protect us, have a roof over their heads and that they feel loved and remembered for their service.
